One of the finest books written on the
subject of a single amusement park and now very rare. Its subject is probably the most highly regarded
amusement park in the world: Blackpool Pleasure Beach. In this book, author Peter Bennett
has managed to do the park full justice; its rides, its history and its atmosphere. This
hardback book is beautifully illustrated, and is highly recommended.
Condition: Good in good dustjacket.
This is an ex-library book with the usual stamp on the inside,
label at bottom of spine, and the back cover is becoming
detached on the inside, but the book remains together in one
piece. The pages are all clean. Dustjacket has been protected in
clear cover, which is intact. Top of cover slightly creased,
which is always an issue with this book because the dustjacket
