This is the companion video to Goose Fair 2001, which is also available from Joyland
Books. The arrival of the Nottingham Goose Fair
signals the start of the back end run. A vast array of transport is assembled on the
Forest Recreation Ground, which has travelled from around the country for this spectacular
event.
This video features the loads being carefully positioned,
with some having to be winched into position due to the wet conditions. John Holland's ERF
is seen carrying out this task for Wilson's new Booster and Danter's Stargate. Some of
Anthony Harris’ immaculate transport is also seen.
The DVD features a hi-fi
stereo soundtrack with no commentary.
