Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Beautifully presented album of photographs by Lord Lichfield published by Blackpool Pleasure Beach in 1989. Now very rare.

The Foreword by Lichfield states: "I recently joined the 61/2 million visitors who annually make a pilgrimage to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. That enormous figure makes it Britain's No. 1 tourist attraction and it certainly wins my vote as one of Britain's most photogenic venues. The profusion of colour, movement and the tremendous variety of shapes made it a fascinating place to work. I hope you enjoy this photographic essay as much as I did. My only regret - unlike the other 61/2 million visitors, I was too busy working to enjoy the rides, but I did soak up that marvellous atmosphere which I hope I have done justice to in my photographs."

Condition: Very good. All photograph dividers still in place.
